Not very far. Outside of an extremely few people out there, I don't want people to have to go through that. It's one thing if they openly don't give a shite, but in most cases you don't really have to go super far for them to be removed.

Start dating her. Once it's close to getting serious, say you can't take your relationship to the next level due to you working together and finding it inappropriate. Once she quits, dump her.

unless they are violating company policy or harming someone else, i wouldn’t. it’ll catch up to them one way or another, don’t put yourself in the crosshairs.

Is this an ordering issue or something similar? I had this problem with a designer. Immensely talented at that, but couldn’t do basic math to save her life.
