Actually, since NOPD didn’t show for 9hrs, it is not correct to classify the driver as drunk…9hrs, plenty of time to sober up…You have to be brain damaged to live, much less visit that cesspool…

Everyone in OP needs to sign the recall petition. They mailed out forms a few weeks ago. Wife and I signed and dropped it in the mail. Not much to ask when it comes to getting rid of this POS mayor we have.

Yes, there can be. I used to live Uptown & I am a Conservative. There are lots. They exist. But they are far outnumbered by Democratic voters. Look at the numbers.

I'm specifically talking about the affluent areas of the city.... Executives and business owners.... generally speaking, not the liberal crowd.
The numbers are distorted by the other parts of the city; and that's where the numbers come from.

There are plenty of conservative people uptown but proportionally they make up too small of a part of the overall parish electorate. It is a single party jurisdiction, sort of like a mini California. When it comes to mayoral elections I either abstain or cast a vote for the gag candidate like the bouncy house guy or the wine bar guy.
