Nah, she was hoping they had the perp in custody so she could rub his shoulders and ask the police to be nice to them. She would then find out the court date so she could ask the judge to go light on the sentencing.
For people like LaToya, as well as her voters, this is what they call a "win".

Nope. It’s otherwise pretty reasonable. Some homeless can hang at the tables outside but never really been pestered by them.
