They won't. I feel like this is another one of those situations where the city would rather have a dilapidated building sit there than have anything new built.

I'd be excited for a top golf, but that placememt is horrendous. There's no easy way to get to it and it would jam Carrollton/Howard/Washington traffic up even worse.

Nah, not at all. Just take the Howard exit, then proceed straight until you're under Broad St. (can tell people "turn when it looks like a murder scene from Law and Order") then proceed under the bridge on the makeshift road and you'll pretty much find it after driving around some sketchy warehouses.
