It'll never be ready in time.

Should I post the top ten selling homes which was in the same Business Report so even more posters can jack off?

Les Miles has lost control of construction permits for golfing facilities.

At least now we can start the conversation and speak truth to power.

I guess the guy who decided to build a Jazz Land/Six Flags in NO found work elsewhere. What a terrible decision.

Not trying to split hairs, but I feel that this board would have been more excited about this 3-4 years ago. I’m not saying it’s a fad or the ship has sailed, just feel that some of the bloom is off the rose.

You may be spot on. The one here in Brandon, FL opened 2 or so years ago and was going pretty strong. I've heard lately it is full on Friday and Saturday nights. During the week the lights are on but doesn't look to be packing them in. However, I've heard that lunches are pretty busy with guys wanting to hit a few before going back to the office.

is it just me or does anyone else think this is going to be a huge fail?

I just don't see Baton Rouge being able to sustain it.
But I think this is a smaller version of what they put in larger cities, so who knows.
I hope I am wrong. I will probably never go, but more businesses and entertainment options in BTR are always a good thing.

I think they will kill it. There is nothing like it and there aren’t many decent alternatives in BR competing for your entertainment dollar.

I drove past the one in spring when it was in low 30s and people were hitting balls at it. Top golf gets Chick-fil-A like business

People who like golf enjoy it. People who hate golf enjoy it. It appeals to all ages. They sell food and booze. It’s going to do well.
