Ah.. well, all of that occurred in Alaska, not somewhere that I had to run from. Somehow I guess that's not too shady, as I have pretty high security clearance and stuff.

I do have an affinity for the dark side and like to check it out from time to time.

2). Washington DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia- The winters here are too cold and the summers here are bad enough to harbor tropical diseases. Fortunately, the fall here isn’t too bad and saves it from #1.

This one is actually true.

Plus the DC humidity is AIDS

Absolutely. Come spend October to May in Minnesota and tell me you wouldn’t beg to move to Tennessee

I will say December through March sucks here in middle TN. But like atated we have 4 seasons and fall is absolutely amazing here. When the leaves start changing color riding the Natchez Trace in a jeep/convertible is breathtaking

PNW has some of the best weather. The best summers of anywhere in the country, but doesn't get miserable cold like the Upper Midwest or New England. The rain is hardly ever hard or continuous.

The average annual rainfall in Seattle is actually just half that of Baton Rouge. If they had a few more days of sun it would be perfect.

Missouri, Kansas, Iowa area has to be in there. Brutal hot, humid summers, snow and sleet in the winter, tornadoes. Yuck.

I'll probably get downvoted a lot for saying this but one of my least favorite weather states is Florida. Most of the state has little to no seasonal change which I find unappealing.

Would agree overall, but my wife and I and our dogs had some great times on St George Island in the middle of the winter. This fn smoke and fires in northern NM is making me re-think some shite. 60-70 mph winds some days, can't see past 50 yards in daylight, smoke crushes your lungs, etc. F the dumbass USFS and camper idiots that started some of these blazes when everyone knew how dry it was and predicted wind speeds. Yeah, we gonna do a prescribed burn 70 mph wind or not! It's like Joyce and the USPS.

“ So is Alaska.

Some areas rarely get cold enough to snow. Maritime influence is incredible. Southern part of Southeast is the banana belt.”

I guess it’s all relative, but even Sitka, which is considered one of the least snowiest areas of Alaska, averages 30 inches a year.

5). Alaska- Alaska would be number 1, but it draws a specific crowd to the state. No one just up and says let’s move to Alaska

The #1 bad thing about Alaska isn't weather, its earthquakes

Bull fricking shite

I just left Kentucky, and I remember 32 degrees in November and May

There is no sun in that state. The weather was grey and rainy everyday.

Had to work in Rawlins for a week a few years back...drove through a snowstorm. In the middle of June.
