It's misleading. People aren't putting orders in for BWW fries, but the majority ordering from BWW are getting fries with their order, thus the high number of fries ordered.
That said, Waitr fees are pretty high price for some mediocre food. I'm willing to bet most of those ordering 1 and 2 are not tipping the driver very well.

Again, these are just items included on orders. Like I explained on BWW fries, there are just a lot of people including edamame in their Ichiban orders. More than anything, this list just points out which restaurants are used most often.
