And if your order takes an hour or longer, I know from experience that they will comp you the $5 fee.

I was on a work trip in NYC a few years ago. We went out and got back pretty drunk. I got back to the hotel and ordered like $45 worth of delivery. I woke up the next morning in my clothes with the food sitting outside the door

The only reason I use Waitr is because the first time I used them, they messed up the order and gave me food credit. I'm now on a perpetual credit because they mess up every order. Sometimes it's Waitrs fault but most of time it's the restaurant's fault. I deal with 75% correct order, but I get free food.
