1. McAllen-Edinburg-Mission, Texas

2. Memphis (Tennessee-Mississippi-Arkansas)

3. Baton Rouge

4. Little Rock-North Little Rock-Conway, Arkansas

5. Shreveport-Bossier City

6. Birmingham-Hoover, Alabama

7. Jackson, Mississippi

8. Mobile, Alabama

9. Lafayette

10. Knoxville, Tennessee

I guess all the hipsters in their skinny jeans and travlin' folk/gutter punks offset the cummulative weight of the indigenous population to keep NO out of the Top 10.

Think about all the people in Baton Rouge who are infected with HIV and don’t even know it.
