You forgot to mention Hammond has higher crime rates than 99.2% of cities in the US.

As a general rule, if you stay off of streets named after types of trees or US states you'll be fine.

Had family that lives in Greensburg. Wouldn't shock me if 90% of the residents were on welfare.

I find that people born and raised in New Orleans know next to nothing about literally everywhere else in Louisiana because, why would they leave New Orleans?

Obviously, this is not true for people who claim to be "Native New Orleanians" but actually grew up around Luling or on the North Shore.
