The flip side is there may not be quite as many laypeople willing to put up with celeb’s baggage beyond a one night stand. The celebs are all equally broken, it seems.

2. It's good for business. Being seen with a fellow A lister keeps your picture on the celeb websites. Being seen with a bank teller doesn't.

100%. While women like a man who is financially well off, at that level Brad Pitt would be way too overpowered. There's no way the relationship dynamic would be healthy as shed be constantly frightened he would throw her to the curb. Plus, we all assume Brad Pitt is a normal guy that could have a healthy relationship with a non-celebrity from a pure behavioral perspective, but I think that's wrong. I think Brad Pitt is probably a weird dude that has some issues.
