Yard or not.. Greased head got up, walks away, then returns for a good headshot kick to kill the kid. Kicking a man in the head while he’s on the ground is attempted murder in a lot of jurisdictions.
I stand with the EBRSO in arresting Spell, and not the kid. I just think it appropriate to add the charge of attempted murder for the kick to the head of a man on the ground. Even after spell walked away.

I don’t care about that. You can both be wrong and high five each other and give each other the support you need. It’s small beans in this case. We all agree that the kid didn’t charge toward Spell on his church property. Grease head ran to him on his side of the street to deliver an attack.
Beats him on grass that he cuts. Gets done, gets up walks away, changes his mind to return to deliver the brutal kick to the head while kid was already on the ground.
I wish kid woulda knew some jiu jitsu. Much different outcome. Never give the guy your back.
