Tom Brady is moving to Los Angeles

Brady, 45, has been without a home on the West Coast since 2014 when he sold his custom-designed moated 'French chateau' to Dr. Dre for an eyewatering $40million.
Photos of the dad-of-three checking out his new home emerged in May – but DailyMail.com can disclose the new house has been in the works since July 2020.
In an April 2021 social media post, interior design firm Annette English + Associates described the project as being 'a space we've envisioned for a young, growing family—one that maximizes the California climate, and that allows the family to thrive'.
??The 14,000sqft property is not yet complete, with Brady currently renting a pad in LA – the one he was seen taking new love Irina Shayk, 36, to in photos that emerged last month.

I don't care how much money I have, I'm not paying someone to design and build a turnkey house. I'm not saying it's a waste of money, I just enjoy doing those projects.

I gotta assume he has a decent bit of work out there? Commercials and what not? Hate on cali all you want there’s a lot of industry there and wealthy people love living there especially outside of the politics.

Tom Brady signed a 10 year $375 million TV deal with FOX Sports.
FOX Sports's headquarters is located at 10201 W. Pico Blvd., Los Angeles.
That house is in Brentwood not far from Fox Sports.
