I get what you’re saying, but this kid is only 5 years out of high school, himself. He’s never known a world without smartphones and social media.

Teaching public school kids in non-honors courses has been a struggle for generations. They don’t want to be there, and many of their parents don’t GAF.

I was legit when I read the “5 years” part.

They are already woke to the fact that all this is for show and that in reality anything they do won't matter, they'll end up dead after working for nothing.
