LSU was playing, by the end, with quite literally the ENTIRE second string defense short of a white and Philips (suspended first half), and Divinity went down, too.

Neither team was top 20 today. But hey, the benches got plenty of playing time.

LSU would have won that game by about 55 - 10 had they been taking care of business. Even considering the players who didn’t show and those lost during the game there were opportunities to stand on UFC’s neck.

And LSU was missing 8 starters on defense

What does that mean to you?

We had 5 players out. 3 CBs (starters), a starting nose tackle and an outside linebacker. Then during the game lost another CB to targeting.

The score makes it look like a closer game than it actually was. By the end of the 3rd quarter UCF's defense was plum wore out. Their "high powered" offense only had 120 yards passing on us and our offense had 394 passing yards. We also out rushed them 161 yards to 130 yards.

Now STTDB!

No a starting QB does not outweigh 6 starters on d out plus 1 all American ejected and another back up ejected. LSU has to move a WR to DB.

The injured starting QB made those wide open receivers drop passes in their hands? Those mfers were overrated as frick to let the Dead Last Offense in the SEC skull-frick their D for 500 yards.

I don't care who their QB was, they don't score 40 on a healthy full strength LSU Defense.

This. Had we had our regular D Brennan would have played most of the second. Would have been a slaughter.

LSU was playing a WR at CB and the UCF QB couldn’t hit one of Josh Heupel’s chins with a pass.

There was a legit 10 point difference against LSU because of Ref calls.
