This was a lost dog who was put into the dog park for his safety. The owner was found and they’ve been reunited. He wasn’t dumped.

You wasted a lot of energy on this post without having a clue.
While this one had a happy ending, there are plenty of scenarios just like OP. I have a rescue girl dog who is the sweetest of the 10+ dogs I've ever had. They dumped her well under age 1 and she fed herself by scrounging a campground. What kind of bloody sociopath dumps a puppy?

He appears to be well fed and cared for. Maybe the owner was not as educated/mentally fit and wasn't aware of the city accommodations.

I am outraged about the outrage.

I'm not outraged; I'm simply noting that society's current addiction to outrage is a problem.

An Aussie at CAA will probably be adopted before they have time to register him.

So you realize you overreacted but won't edit the thread title and OP. Just to see more uninformed people reading the 1st post and overreacting also.
Awesome.
Awesome.

OP here, I just looked at the thread again for the first time. I’ll edit
And admit I was wrong.
I’m glad it all worked out and the dog is home. If you have a dog, a $7 tag can help get you back with them real easy

Imagine having such a cynical view on life that you think a well taken care of dog wouod be dumped at a dog park.
Some of you people are fn idiots
