I don't know. All I know is that the Mormons love it. I think Utah leads the country in it.

News flash!
You don't live in Tennessee. Aside from the zip code nothing about Memphis even remotely resembles TN

Every politician I've seen attached to or supporting these bills are Republicans, and Tennessee isn't the only state where such bills were proposed. It is the first to pass the bill, though. New Hampshire's bill, which failed, specifically stated cloud seeding and similar tech, and never mentioned chemtrails. Texas looked at trying a similar bill to Tennessee's, but hasn't had much movement on it.
ETA: The two guys who sponsored the Tennesee Bill are Republicans who were born and raised in Tennessee. One went to Liberty and the other to a community college in Morristown, TN.

You don't have to go as far as the UAE. Just look to the Western US. Utah, Montana, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada....and others. It is cheap and it does work.

Kyle Rittenhouse was at Huey’s a couple nights ago.

There was also a poster named rehtaeh that posted about chemtrails. Are they the same poster?

Last week, the Coastal Atmospheric Aerosol Research and Engagement — CAARE — project, led by researchers at the University of Washington, launched trillions of microscopic salt particles into the sky off the deck of the USS Hornet Sea, Air & Space Museum in Alameda, California. The researchers aim to increase the density and reflective capacity of clouds to combat ‘climate change.’ They will continue to launch the particles, weather permitting, through the end of May.
The details of the experiment — and its existence — were largely kept hidden from the public because researchers feared “that critics would try to stop them,” reported The New York Times. According to a Scientific American report, the risks of such experiments are “numerous.” It warns that artificially creating cloud cover “could alter weather patterns in unclear ways and potentially limit the productivity of fisheries and farms.”
“History has shown us that when we insert ourselves into [the] modification of nature, there are always very serious unintended consequences,” warned Greg Goldsmith, associate dean for research and development at Chapman University.News of the experiment comes as Tennessee lawmakers moved to ban similar geoengineering efforts.
Bump.
Now who's laughing?

Anybody that questions the existence of atmospheric chemical spraying and cloud seeding is simply ignorant to the fact that it's a pretty well-documented program.

Yeah, silver iodide has been used to seed clouds since the 1960's. Kurt Vonnegut's brother was involved and Kurt talks about it in one of his books. Big secret. The US army used it in Vietnam, possibly with success, to extend the monsoons over the Viet Cong. A number of countries in the middle east, and China, currently use it. Well known.

We use it in the US, too. It is cheap and it works.
As to "launching trillions of salt particles into the atmosphere", that's similar to cloud seeding, but hasn't been proven to work like silver iodide has. Neither of these are what the yogagirl types call "chemtrails".
The main issue is......we still don't know longterm impacts of any of that.
