How is this ANY DIFFERENT than parents smoking cigarettes while driving their kids to school etc? It was a common practice in the 90s and 2000s.

The answer is pretty simple: Smoking a cigarette while driving is NOT akin to smoking a doob' while driving or having a couple shots out of a liquor bottle while driving. Cigarettes do not alter your state of mind and ability to operate a 1500+ pound machine on a public roadway. (That thought didn't cross your mind?)

Also, cigarette smell is way worse than marijuana

Idk man, I think this is just preference.

I'm on board with legalization but some MFs walk into a pharmacy and make the whole store smell like shitty arse weed, and it smells awful.

I would be fine with smelling weed all of the times if my town looked like Colorado Springs or Denver

They probably have to be in an altered state of consciousness to deal with you judgemental assholes.

I don’t believe anyone that says they drive down the interstate with windows rolled up and smell weed from other cars. I think you need to ask your teenagers about smoking in your car.

People are too stupid and selfish to be responsible about it.

This is true for so many things:
Guns
Alcohol
Tobacco
Gambling

You name it and people have already ruined it. The amount of decent people in average just isn’t there. People exploit things and abuse things it just ruins it for the people who enjoy it in moderation like you’re supposed to.

Gambling is the same exact thing. Nothing wrong with going and playing a little sometimes. Then people decided to just destroy their lives over it.

It’s everywhere now. Surreal. I’m not against it really but people are driving around high/actively smoking.

Yeah I don't get this.
Cops can't pull you over based on the smoke and stench, but wouldn't that mean thay you're likely driving under the influence?

This is probably bc I live in a rural southern area but idk where the hell yall are all going to smell weed all the time. I've can remember one time in public that I smelled it in years

Kroger. Target. HEB. Hobby Lobby. All these stores and all their parking lots. In suburban Houston. Cypress, TX.

This is what people are complaining about. Not in some ghetto hood. Not on Bourbon Street. Not at a concert. We all expect it in those places. We are talking about you get up and go to Kroger at 9am and the guy in line in front of you reeks.

I’m not saying you need to walk around with a boombox but what fun is that? Tomorrow ain’t guaranteed. I’m gonna live my life up.

Just because of this thread I’m about to blaze it up Johnny.

Scruffy smells weed in the ER all the time. Parents stink of weed. Teens stink of weed.

It’s disgusting.

what's the point of living in the suburbs if you're still around people who reek of weed at a grocery store

It’s not like cigarette butts which get thrown on the ground by trashy people. There is literally nothing with weed that would be considered littering because you don’t throw anything away
I smoke so I'm not anti-weed but this isn't true in legal states, at least. I see pre-roll tubes thrown on the ground all over the place.
