Was that the vehicle that the app said he was going to be in? And if the vehicle is unclean and he had another passenger when he shouldn't be, you can always give them a bad rating and report your experience after the ride, same goes for if they show up in a different vehicle than they have registered on the app.

The guy with the woman in the car was another driver.
I usually give uber tons of leeway but how do you justify getting loaded then turning on the app to go drive people around? People suck

I enjoy smoking weed. Have never understood the wake and bake or the smoking all day long. I smoke in the evening after supper. Or when I'm on the beach chillin and surf fishing.

People don’t realize the impairment tests for marijuana use are the Wild West unlike alcohol. I am guessing states are going to weaponize this ultimately and are still working out the details.
