tired and stressed doctor's staff didn't read the orders or my chart...

due to COVID-19, nurse called yesterday, asked how I was feeling, was I showing any symptoms and if I would prefer a video consult appointment, I said sure but the appointment is a company required annual physical, so I asked if they would send a video probe for the consult or should I do the old rubber glove prostate exam myself while the doctor watched?
nurse LOL says omg, we'll get back to you and hangs up...
