I have never had this problem before this winter. My sinuses are crazy dry. I haven't had a nose bleed but when I blow my nose I get a lot of blood in my mucus. I have tried saline spray. It burns pretty bad, but I kept with it but it hasn't helped. I also tried bactroban in my nose that I had around the house.

Yes, I am going to the ent soon, but couldn't get in for a few weeks.

Any tips for what has helped yall?

Sleep with a humidifier in the room, take hot and long showers to breathe in the steam

Def one of the nicer vaporized humidifier if you have heat going.

Also keep it clean and your air filters.

The humidifier did wonders for me.

Make sure you are also drinking a lot more water than you are used to. I felt like that has helped me

Most likely your heater drying the air out, Walmart has humidifiers you could run at night.

I am going to try the humidifier. I always have had sinus issues but it's normally congestion and allergies. This dry crap is about a sucky as congestion.

I also have been dying this winter. I figured it was due to age (38).

Saline nasal rinse. No need to buy anything. Just some warm water with a little salt in it.
