Coconut cream pie and banana bread are my favorite. Cinnamon roll and French toast are good too.

<--------

You can mix it into meatloaf, make cookies with it, or do overnight oats.

The googles claim that you can make overnight oats with steel-cut. The googles lie.

Same. I want to get ahead of my protein goals of 33% of my bodyweight, so I can pack on muscle. So I make overnight oats and orange juice and then I have some raisin bran. Sometimes toast or grits, too.

I make my own. I use Bob's Red Mill protein oatmeal, usually a low calorie high protein milk like fairlife or whatever equivalent is available locally and I'll rotate between chocolate and vanilla protein powder.

Usually blitz the liquid and protein powder in my nutribullet then add to a container and then measure out the oats. I usually add a small amount of chia seeds, half a banana or some berries and maybe a few chopped up walnuts or almond slices for texture. Macros usually come in around 420 cals and 48g of protein and it's enough to keep me full until lunch.

damn dude that's some good intel. gonna try this out
