1980’s..no internet, no cell phones...things were simpler. And I’d probably hang around for the 90’s they weren’t bad either.

In 1985, I stood in my Dad's home office with a mohawk, fluorescent clothing and a smirk on my face. He was offering me a free ride to college, but I'd have to leave Lafayette, LA and move to Oklahoma City OK.

I declined.

My dad was trying to help me fulfill something I told him in fourth grade after being tested. They had determined I was exceptionally smart, and he wanted to know what I wanted to do with my gift.

I told him I wanted to be a doctor that helps to cure horrible diseases that kill people.

If I had a time machine, I'd go to OKC, get that degree, and take care of everyone who has this shite.

It would also mean I did not fail at LSU years later due to drug addiction, and not have my kids with their dad, but I might save the world. ( I think my kids would be okay with that, they know how kick arse I am)

( true story)

Eloi and Morlocks.

I would go to 1994 and save Ron and Nicole. End result is we never heard of the Kartrashians.

Late 60’s early 70’s would be a great time for the reasons you mentioned.

What a fricking trip that must have been for a soldier in those legions. Wrecking shite and rolling in the spoils, simpler times lads.

That’s what you said. That is fricked no matter how you look at it. Of all places to pick anytime in the world...

Nothing wrong with bringing civilization to the known world, none of what you currently enjoy exists without the ambitions and accomplishments of Julius Caesar in Gaul.

Geez. Now I have to watch that again. The 1960 version, not the peter weyland version.

I'd go back to January and buy as many put options that I could in the stock market before this latest crash. Profit

Winner. I would put a second mortgage on my house and leverage everything on this crash and would be sitting on more money that my family could ever spend.
