How do I know I'm not really dead? Life is more dreamlike than it's ever been. Getting close to not feeling real anyway. Maybe technology advanced to where when I went into the hospital in Oct. of 2010, I died, and they put my brain into some kind of simulation mode on Jan. 6th of 2011. Maybe I'm still lying on the bed weighing 190 pounds, instead of sitting in this recliner, on a heating pad in July, weighing 250.
In a month or two, I might be running this country.

How do you know we were not all created a second ago, and all our memories populated to make us believe otherwise? Maybe it happens every second and the script is adjusted at the pleasure of whomever is in control.
