Chick admits she fully knew was she was doing, knew she would get fired, plans to use this as a launch for her "influencer" career, but the OT is still here to white knight for her.

But it’s ok for them to say it and call anyone that as well as cracka and honky.
You got videos of this company allowing its employees to make social media posts calling white people crackers and honkies?

Hurts her appeal to simps if she admits to being in a relationship.

She is getting railed by somebody for sure.

I agree in premise however, i liken it to the standard of public schools and their handling of off campus fights. That standard was/is, what happens outside often times creates issues inside, so they preemptively discipline for actions that happened outside of their purview in an attempt to keep things at school civil. I don't agree with it but I get the line of thinking.
Point is, the girl had to know it wouldn't be wise on her part based on the standard set. Ignorance is not an excuse. As others have picked up on, she picked a fight despite knowing the consequences then wants to play victim because of them. Charlatan

The only thing more pitiful than black fragility over a word is white hostility towards anyone not black using it.

2024 and we still have magic words only some people can say without retribution.

We are a goofy fricking species.

In this analogy, all employees/students are believed to be held to the same standards.

The magic n word analogy doesn’t hold everyone to the same standards.

Because it’s magic.

Couldn't care less. I'm just amazed by how fragile people become over stupid crap like this when there are so many other things out there just waiting to bust their bubble.

Ah, whatever.

Who are the conservative media icons throwing the n-word around all willy-nilly? Seems to me that blatant use of the word would fall on the left wing side of the fence.

She can say the word all she wants now.

The problem wasn't her saying the word. It was her becoming a bigger headache than she was an asset for her employer.

quote:

Lilly Gaddis used the racist slur and also referred to "dumb whores,” “immigrants fresh off the boat looking for a green card” and “gold diggers" as she spoke to the camera while filming herself cooking in her kitchen.

quote:

The company proceeded to put out a statement on Tuesday (June 11) about a “newly hired” employee (but didn't mention Gaddis by name) who got sacked over “inflammatory remarks on social media that do not align with the values and beliefs" of the company that is “operated by African American female and immigrant-owned businesses.”

Doesn't seem like the type of decisions I'd wanna see my Marketing and sales manager make.

Except it does exist. Just not for white people. That’s the problem. It’s not a free speech issue but it is a double standard.

I think the solution is clear. If black people are going to inundate everything they touch with **** and then cry when people say **** then just dont, ever listen to black music, watch black television/movies, consume black media.

push them over into the corner and when wish them luck with their mush-brained little club, ya feel me no cap straight up my ****

You've never seen someone that wasn't white get fired for saying the wrong thing at the wrong time?

If your new marketing manager can't figure out how to sell herself to her black boss then how is she gonna figure out how to market your product to others?

It seems like an easy question to answer given the narrative that conservatives use the slur ubiquitously. You would never hear liberal media icons use the word, right?
