Why rebuild it? There's nothing wrong with it.

I don’t quite understand your statement. You are saying the appliances are junk, or are you saying get them rebuilt with modern features?

Those appliances are super sweet and highly sought after by people restoring houses to the original MCM feel.

Didn't catch that part. Good luck finding a buyer. It might be a challenge finding someone willing to modify their cabinets to fit that old electric range top.

Fair enough. I'm in a position that I see a lot of these units, working and non-working, get tossed. A more refined reply would have been "it's like a painting, you may have to wait to find a buyer looking for that particular print."

I tried to find someone looking to take on this old guy recently with no takers.

There’s a big difference between that ugly brown, late 70’s/early 80’s oven, and the robin blue set from the 50’s he has above. That blue set is a piece of art to me.

Antique, I have boxes of old LSU media guides from the late 90s/early 00s. Also have some team/schedule posters. I know they aren't valuable really, but just was curious if maybe like media guides or posters for the 03 NC season could bring in anything. (my assumption is no). They are in pristine shape though, if that matters.

Also, I don't ever plan on getting rid of these, but I do have some original Advocate front pages for big historical events. I'm not sure which all I have, but for sure I have the moon landing and the Kennedy assassination. They are in good condition (not excellent, but not bad either).

The new guides and posters are not too valuable, the NC years may bring $20 each. They had piles of them for free.
The papers are not worth anything. I see these all the time at garage sales and estate sales.

If it works, has a good needle, etc, you are looking at $300-$400. I see three that don’t work, that sold for $200

It works and is in perfect condition. Original but unused needle. My dad restores them himself and has 13 of them, the lowest one has sold for is $600 and it was his worst one. He’s sold multiple for $1000+. So you’re more than a little off.

You are right though that the broken ones will go for $150-$250ish.

Fortunately he is a nice man and gave me mine for $0.

I have a Frigidaire “Flair” stove/oven cabinet I need to get rid of. Any thoughts on demand/ value. Looks like a dirty version of this: Etsy link of a stove like mine

Buddha looks like he is broken on the top, and some wear on his face. He is made of ceramic, so I would say he’s not very valuable.

The Mantle autograph is wirth about $150-$200, if it verified authentic.

The book signed by the pilot and author is worth $75-$100. Add the other signatures, I would add another $50-$100

I have three framed photos of photocopies from the Times-Pic when the Saints won the Super Bowl, one signed by Payton and two signed by Brees. They’re bubble wrapped in the garage and I’m too lazy to unwrap them for photos.

I genuinely have no clue what they are worth.

They have some value, what ever a Brees auto goes for, $50-$100? Add $25 for the frame.
But everyone in New Orleans has one of these.
