Well that’s one of the stupidest things I’ve read today.
Die in a fire, bitch.

This should be legal. When he gets out, he has to play some kind of Running Man game where the victims family members get to chase him and take him out.

That’s a more fitting punishment than 2 years in prison.

That's a rough 34 years.

He looks like a total loser. Like a guy who peaked in high school and still talks about how cool he was back then, like a guy who crushes beer cans on his forehead and yells, then looks around at his friends for approval, like a guy who had his son in travel ball when he was 5 because he was so good so he had to play up, like a guy who knows more than his sons baseball coach but his plant job keeps him too busy to actually be the coach, like a guy who yells and screams at the ump at a tee ball game, then gets thrown out and has to be held back, like a guy who road rages at a 16 year old girl and thinks he’s right to call her a stupid bi_ch because she kept him from driving fast, like a guy who thinks he’s could be an MMA champion and a top NASCAR driver at the same time “if he hadn’t torn his knee” as a junior in high school, like a guy who once got 4 of 5 numbers plus the powerball and will never forget it, like a guy who is a POS that hopefully get his in prison because the world will be better without him.

So if one of your kids was killed, you wouldn’t want to speak on their behalf / represent them for the sake of justice ?

It’s sad man. Hard to believe 2 years for killing two people. In what world is that just?

There’s a reason families of the victims aren’t allowed to be jurors.

It’s fine with me if they want to come in and say their peace but only after the verdict and sentencing.

I will grieve for them but my words to the accused will not bring them back nor make one bit of difference. Now if I can take revenge, that's a different story.

This the stale cracker boat wreck?

I don't think there were any fatalities in the wreck he was involved in, but what is the story behind his wreck?

Hopefully someone does. And that judge needs to be called out by the family, he’s so wrong. The justice system is shite and only protects the criminals.

These DAs and judges are such garbage.

I am sure people will not agree, but I think judges shouldn't be elected. Someone shouldn't have the the opportunity to make decisions based on what would be best for the next election. I know they swear to an oath, etc, etc. But they are human.

I know there will still be politics involved in appointing judges, but it takes some of it away.

What's wrong with letting them speak in court? How does this bother you? They should be able to speak their mind if they want to. If it's venting, so be it. Why should they not be allowed to voice some thoughts? Because you feel like it's pointless if the convicted isn't remorseful? No way to even know. It's not just about them or changing anything on their end.

frick off, Smooth Brained Luke. If it makes the family feel better, or even persuades a judge to a harsher sentence, it's a win.

Stalecraker is a POS. Take a look at some of his recent YouTube videos. Definitely looks like an alcoholic roid rager that was fired by the State Police as a result of his actions with the boating accident but the police union got him a settlement to just walk away from getting his job back.

Slamming beers and hard liquor while roided up and slamming and throwing shite with some fake tough guy accent cooking crawfish. Totally tracks.

I'll never understand the fascination and worship of this fake arse dude. There are some of the exaggerated Cajun personalities that are endearing, this douche isn't. He's as bad as that DJ Rhatt guy.

Well that needs to change. But I did know this tough guy that spent less than 2 years in prison and when he got out, he no longer looked tough.

Looked like he spent most of his time doing a failed job of rape prevention and losing fights.

I will continue to say it til the end of time. DWI laws in this state are only about revenue collection and have zero to do with public safety.

The article said he plead no contest so the lesser charge and sentence was due to the plea bargain agreement with the DA.

Plea bargain for what? What the hell leverage did he have for a plea bargain aside from political connections?
