It’s one of the few things getting eyeballs at this point to the slowly dying traditional media. It’s left vs right /black vs white 24/7. Divide divide divide.

Hypocrisy. It's why your movement will never gain traction.

Probably would have come out anyway had the officers challenged their termination. Then the dept would have been skewered for “hiding it.”
These baws has to shite when they realized the body cam was turned on.
quote:
According to documents released by the police department, a sergeant was conducting a video audit as part of a monthly inspection and was reviewing footage from Piner's car that had been classified as “accidental activation.” After the sergeant listened to the conversation and determined comments made by Piner and Moore were “extremely racist,” she contacted the department administrator for the camera system.
quote:
About 30 minutes later, Piner received a phone call from Moore, according to the investigation, a segment in which Moore referred to a Black female as a “negro." He also referred to the woman by using a racial slur. He repeated the use of the slur in describing a Black magistrate, and Moore used a gay slur to describe the magistrate as well. Later, according to the investigation, Piner told Moore that he feels a civil war is coming and that he is ready. Piner said he was going to buy a new assault rifle, and soon “we are just going to go out and start slaughtering them (expletive)” Blacks. “I can't wait. God, I can't wait.” Moore responded that he wouldn't do that.
quote:
According to police, the officers admitted it was their voices on the video and didn't deny any of the content. While the officers denied that they were racists, they blamed their comments on the stress on law enforcement in light of the protests over the death of George Floyd.

Sure was nice for them honky cops to fall on their sword for the cause, right?

46 minutes of ugliness/ endless racial slurs.
well since I'm being told I have to accept and understand these protests and the destruction they bring, because they're justified by the experience of blacks at the hands of the police, I'm gonna apply the same principal to these cops.
I'm sure they feel as they do because of their interactions with black people.
Its only fair, right?

Maybe that was taken out of context.

Because they aren't intelligent enough to see both sides separately.

Maybe 10% of the OT is capable of this. Maybe.

No. Not at all. I consider what they said to be racist as frick and so far unsuitable for service on the police force I can't put it into words.
I was stating that I don't say anything that may be considered borderline around my wife's computer. Like "Your boss needs to calm down." or "I'm gonna go take a shite."

As I said in my topic a few days ago, people are going to be more racist now because of all that's going on. Both colors. It's sad that this madness is generating more hate

In no way, shape, or form did the poster imply that.

I think it could be how black people think all white people talk. I hope they don't think this.

Thank you. Thought I was losing my facilities there for a second.

Yeah, I mean it's not like there was a rap song that basically shaped and influenced all rap music that came after it called "frick the police" or anything.
ETA: I'm not defending these police. Just pointing out that people view the police in an adversarial role.
