Threats to military personnel in Htown

So, our youngest (in JROTC) has been instructed to NOT where their uniforms anywhere including school. This is due to credible threats being made around Houston to harm military folks.

The schools leadership wouldn’t identify because it came from the unit command with general instructions.

My Command told us to be cautious and try to avoid bringing any attention. I’m sure every branch has put out guidance of potential threats with things that are currently going on.

I would imagine it's not "things," but in fact legitimate terrorist risk due entirely to the Middle East conflicts we seem to somehow always find ourselves in the middle of. Somehow. I mean, we've injected ourselves into the Russia/Ukraine war for almost 2 years now and I didn't read anything about threats to military here from players in that war. So, these "things" are in actuality terrorist threats from Palestinian/Hamas agents or other proxy arms funded primarily by Iran.

Seems kinda shitty to say credible threats but won't identify who exactly to be on guard against.
Hopefully you all are demanding better from local school officials and LE. I'd be on the news demanding the names of the person or person's making the decision to conceal the identity of a group making "credible threats" to children.
The national sentiment towards this sort of stuff is definitely on your side. People are getting tired of elected (or appointed) officials protecting everyone except the ones they're supposed to be protecting.

Rarely do "credible" threats prove to be credible. Intel folks tend to be quite dramatic and wrong at least as often as the weatherman.
