Sounds like the water fountains downtown. They'd bring the kids to wash off with a bar of soap

I've seen them bring empty milk cartons to fill with water. It was one of the saddest things I'v seen.

The dog park was a terrible waste of resources. Almost as bad as the damn bike lanes in the highlands and broadmoor.

Dog park ponds are generally very shallow, so that is why a certain segment of our population decided to swim in them.
Make it 12 ft. deep or more and this problem will go away. But unfortunately, drownings will go up and lawsuits will follow.
The dog park is a great place for all the irresponsible pit bull owners to congregate.

Dog was killed there last week. Probably some thug dogs going through that park, marking their territory as we speak
