Hasn't been for at least a decade. Owned by Tata which Ford once laughed at for wanting to be partners. Tata looks to have their shite together.
That said, underpowered unless you get the top of the line. And get AWD.

The F-Pace looks great, especially the tricked out ones. I don't have the SUV but have an XJL, and I've been happy with it. Great performance for a big car. Heard great things about the F-Pace from a couple friends with them. The Jag ineriors are so much nicer than most other luxury brands. Haven't had any mechanical issues - that reputation is a holdover from years ago, not current models. My only complaint is that the value of Jags drops like a rock.
