I had a pair similar to those a few years back that I really liked. I have a rather narrow face and those Persol sunglasses fit me well. Never had a problem with them.

I have a pair of 714s, which are folding. I mix it up between the 714 and a couple different pairs of new wayfarers I have.

They're good glasses, although the nose hinge gets a bit loose from time to time.

No idea.

I only wear Costa and Maui Jim.

And I don’t care what other men wear or think about what I wear.

If u like em, get em

Funn fact for all the tacticool guys: the preferred sunglssses of MACV-SOG were plain old Rayban wayfarers.

They’re the best sunglasses on the market IMO, and the lenses cannot be best.

The only complaint I have is some of them are too heavy. I’m sure this is part of their high quality, but some of them barely sit on my nose without sliding down.

I’m right there with you, I’m really good at breaking or losing an expensive pair of sunglasses. Like I said, somebody gave these to me

I'll never understand this, and my confusion isn't limited to expensive sunglasses.

It seems like everyone has phones/tablets/laptops with broken screens. They claim to break and/or lose expensive sunglasses. Why do people seem to be so careless with expensive items? And then so cavalier about it?

No one walks around saying "oh yeah, I scrape my wheels on curbs all the time, so I'll just leave some plastic on them".

You know how you had that friend when you were a kid who would pick up one of your toys and always manage to jack it up or break it? That kid, grew up to be the type of person you're describing.

A phone I have to treat like tiffany crystal is useless to me. Mine is a no name android that cost under a hundred dollars. It does everything I need. If I break it I'll get another one just like it. I do have an sunglasses with a high retail price but I got them on ebay for less than half price.

They are a nice pair of sunglasses. I think the quality is better than Ray-bans and I also like that they don't put the name on the lens.

Don't treat mine like Tiffany crystal. My current iPhone has little nicks on the corners when it fell out of my pocket, etc. Oh, and I don't have a case on it. Just like I haven't had a case on any iPhone I've ever had, all the way back to the 3g. Which, I still have in a drawer somewhere, with an utterly unmarred screen.

It takes a fair amount of effort to utterly spiderweb screens. But yes, I'm aware people like to pretend as though it happens if you look at them too hard.

Krewe is the GOAT, but also Garrett Leight. Look at Raen for some cool styles that aren't prohibitively expensive.

Great sunglasses. I've had a few pair over the years.

I've been wanting to pull the trigger on another pair for a while. May do that soon.
