No. You are an idiot. You are bending the definition of fighting to whatever you want. Floyd was kicking them in the back of the car.

You use the word passively resisting like it means something. It’s a fricking oxymoron.

You keep talking about positional asphyxia. That was the prosecutors hypothesis. It doesn’t say that in the autopsy.

So you lied. Again.

The medical examiner stood under oath and said Floyd died of positional asphyxia. We certainly disagree but calling me a liar is out of bounds.

You keep saying he died on scene because he stopped talking. Obviously, the only reason someone stops talking is because they’re dead.

I think he should be sentenced for abusing his authority and being a bullying dickhead, plus assault.

You cannot murder someone who commits suicide. Also, they would have never met if GF had not been a walking crime wave. Let's not forget that.

Not when you've repeatedly lied.

What was the amount of fentanyl in his system

I didn’t know either so went to look it up and found the below

quote:

Blood tests conducted as part of Floyd's post-mortem autopsy revealed 11 nanograms per milliliter, or ng/ml, of fentanyl present. According to expert witnesses, this wasn't enough to be considered fatal. Dr. Daniel Isenschmid, a toxicologist at NMS Labs in Pennsylvania, presented data at trial from more than 2,300 blood samples in fentanyl DUI cases from the last year. He showed that while the average fentanyl blood level was close to 9.6 ng/ml, a quarter of people tested had 11 ng/ml or higher. (Important to note: Blood samples were taken from drivers who tested positive for fentanyl and were alive at the time of collection.)

And again, tolerance. Kurt Cobain had like 4 times the lethal limit in his system when he died. But that isn’t what killed him

Not sure how you can say this. If by not getting Floyd treatment for the fentanyl overdose maybe I can understand the 2nd part of the equation. The first part is bogus because when dealing with an obviously intoxicated individual the first concern is the general public and then your coworkers. Plus Chauvin used an MPD authorized restraining hold!

quote:

Intent is not required for second degree murder in Minnesota, so I can’t say they got it wrong legally, but I personally believe intent is paramount and should be required.

I 100% agree with you. When he got convicted I looked up their statue and realized by the letter of the law they could convict him on that count…..it is wrong and glad that our laws in TN and MS aren’t so vague to allow railroad convictions like this case.

He said those exact words? And didn’t say he died of anything else?

You link your evidence and I’ll link mine.

Here is the official press release of the autopsy findings… LINK

Dumb.

Just google excited delirium syndrome, or ex-DS. Floyd was a textbook case, and it's extremely fatal. Happens while overdosing on all sorts of drugs, fentanyl included.

So explain to us how Floyd overdosed during his prior arrest just a few months before and had to be hospitalized for days to recover?

How is that possible if he had tolerance?
