If you are trying to quit smoking cigarettes, I recommend the "Uncle Buck" method.
First, you stop smoking cigarettes and start smoking cigars. After awhile, you move on to a pipe. In time, you start chewing tobacco and voila, you've kick the smoking habit altogether.

I would be leery of purchasing that setup from Amazon because it has no reviews and the title is in characters "Authentic ??OK ?ape PE? 22 ?tarter KIT With 0.3 OH? CòILs cor? Black" which leads me to believe that it could possibly be a counterfeit.
I would not get the one you linked but its' successor, SMOKTech Vape Pen Plus. It comes with a larger battery(3000mAh vs. 1650mAh)

Hitting a vape consistently made me reaaalllly like nicotine and got me smoking more cigs than ever. Quitting cold turkey or switching to dip is the move

I guarantee you there will eventually be data showing vaping to be as bad or worse for you than cigarettes. I'm surprised it hasn't happened already.

One of our Field Techs had one blow up in his hand while driving and crashed. It maimed him and had some other injuries due to his crash.
I now look at vape smokers as little bombs waiting to explode. I immediately walk away.

That's cute. You seem scared to be walking out in public. You know phone batteries explode too...right? So, you avoid everyone carrying a cell phone? Probably have one in your hand now...good luck.

Most likely a result from buying a cheap or counterfeit battery.

Start dipping. Been dipping now for 12-13 years now
I've been dipping for 40 years. Dipped long before I smoked. I started smoking when I was drinking in college. Still only smoke when I drink, but would like to eliminate the stinky cigarettes altogether.

I hear the JUUL is "cool" these days. That's what 5thYear, OldRow, and WS tell me anyway.

Vaping is useless tried it for a while made me paranoid about Popcorn Lung. The patches do it for me.

I'm sure it was. Like I said the last part was more a playful comment. I'm sorry I didn't write it in the different sarcastic font TD provides us.

Not rustled and not a kid. Nice attempted recovery on your part though.

don't consider flavored water vapor with nicotine as quite the same thing as filthy cigarettes
You're probably right that all of the carcinogens and toxins in cigarettes are worse for you than what's in vape fluid, but truthfully your lungs are only made to inhale one thing and that's air. That's the reason we have so many mechanisms for keeping other shite out of there.

Over the past few months, research has turned up evidence that vaping can pose many brand new risks. The vapors mess with immunity, some studies show. “Smoker’s cough” and bloody sores have begun showing up in teen vapers. The hotter a vaped liquid gets, the harsher its effects on human cells. And a relatively new vaping behavior called “dripping” ups the heat. This threatens to intensify a teen’s risks from those vapors.
Some new data even suggest that e-cig vapors may contain cancer-causing chemicals. “There are a lot of potentially harmful substances in e-cigarettes. If you’re a teen with your whole life in front of you, why take that risk?” asks Rob McConnell. He’s an internal medicine specialist at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles.
quote:
It worries McConnell that vapers show some of the same lung symptoms as cigarette smokers. It also worries him that more teens are taking up vaping. E-cigarette use grew an astounding 900 percent among high school students between 2011 and 2015.
