What type of vape pen or apparatus do you use? I smoke very little, but would like to quit completely. I there a big difference? I'm looking at this one on Amazon. Are there better recommendations as far as price/quality?

Congrats, you're about to graduate from just being trashy to being a trashy douchebag.

Anybody I know who started using vape units have now gotten addicted to the vape, sucking on it all the time. Go cold turkey, you can do eeeeeeet!

Eleaf makes a good one for the price. Get a 30 or 50 Watt and 0.5 coils. I used mine for 6ish months and then quit. Helped me quit after 10+ years of smoking. I also reduced nicotine level everytime I bought new juice.

I don't smoke or vape but I was at the new Westin bar the other night and this chick was out vaping on the balcony area and it smelled like Starburst. She let me hit that shite and it was incredible.

No it isn't. It's still not the best, but its much better than smoking not only for the smoker but also for anyone around them on a daily basis.

My brother started vaping to stop smoking. Now he vapes indoors and smokes outdoors more than ever. The stop smoking slant is marketing.
If it does help you quit, then that's great but beware.

Vaping is still smoking.
Thanks, dad. I don't consider flavored water vapor with nicotine as quite the same thing as filthy cigarettes.

I guarantee you there will eventually be data showing vaping to be as bad or worse for you than cigarettes. I'm surprised it hasn't happened already.

Innokin MVP4.0 box mod.
I alternate between 4 tanks:
Innokin I-sub
Smok Big Baby Beast
Kennedy 24 RDA
Goon RDA
I wouldn't recommend an RDA for a beginner.
I prefer the Innokin iSub tank to the Smok. The Smok is better when it works, but too often the coils spark/burn up. The iSub is extremely reliable.
The MVP box mod is great. I had the MVP3.0 for 2 years and eventually I couldn't charge it anymore through the USB, which sucks, but it was great until then. Got the MVP4.0 when it kicked the bucket and it's been fine for about a year. I know it seems stupid to get it after the other one failed, but I couldn't find any other cases of that problem online.
I do puff away at it pretty frequently despite cutting the nicotine levels of my juices from 12 to 3. Still my lungs feel way better after quitting smoking (~5 packs a week for close to a decade) and I don't smell like shite.

You're calling me trashy because I vape? please don't make fun of me because of your insecurities as a human being. the only reason I vape is to forget. To forget about my shitty life with clinical depression and little to no family contact because my dad is a high ranking manager at Walmart. My mom keeps telling me to get a fidget spinner to stop me from vaping. She is wrong because no one can stop me from vaping. Vaping is as much of a part of my life as sleeping, eating, drinking, and Roblox. So do what you want with your pitiful judgmental opinions about me. If vaping makes me trashy in your insubordinate little mind, then so be it. Next time you call someone trashy because they vape think twice, kid.

True, but I know I felt better than I did when I smoked. It'll be interesting to see the real effects of vaping. I'm just glad I don't do either anymore.

Congrats on making the change. Your body will not go through the same type of withdraws going vape first before completely quitting. You'll be able to put the vape down after about six months. It's a much easier quit than cold turkey.
Don't listen to the pricks on here that will call you a douche for vaping. Being a douche is what they are in real life (and here)...has nothing to do with vaping. These guys are walking douches and have a lot worse vices in their insignificant lives that vaping. They just want to jump your case in order for them to feel better about whatever awful shite they're doing. They probably have a gerbil up their arse while calling you a douche.
Anyway, get an eLeaf istick 40 watt.
eLeaf istick
Get an Aspire Nautilus X or Nautilus 2 atomizer. Great hit, ease of use and no leaking. DO NOT get an atomizer where you need to hassle with building coils, etc....screw all that noise.
Nautilus X
You'll need to try different flavors to find what's right for you. Also, there are different nicotine levels. I'd start with 8mg and drop to 4mg after a few months.
Good luck!

With the goal of getting to 0mg and then quitting all together.
