Those that have bought brand new homes. How long until carriers get your address correct?

I bought a brand new home a month ago. The subdivision is halfway complete. I've had about 20 orders that required deliveries. I'm trying to furnish my home and I'm ordering a lot of stuff online. The problem is that half of my deliveries have been to the wrong address...I'm talking about not even in the subdivision. I've disputed the deliveries. They send me a picture of my package at an old house. I'm like my home is brand new.
The culprits: FedEx and UPS
Amazon hasn't missed a delivery. I'm about to have my deliveries made to my sister's house a few miles away. How long until FedEx and UPS correct this shite?
My breaking point: I was tracking an order yesterday and noticed that it was being returned to sender due to an error with the address. I called UPS and said that the address is not wrong and to hold it. I will come pick it up. I was told that they can deliver it to the leasing office of an apartment complex 1.5 miles away for $33. I snapped and said how do you know the apartment complex is 1.5 miles away and you're saying you don't know what my address is. UPS can eat a dick.

I can't imagine being the call center person taking these calls all day.

Same with a lot of those companies, nobody is ever calling the 800 number to tell them they did a good job

Have the stuff delivered to a UPS store or some kind of pickup point (like Amazon lockers) until it gets figured out.

I tried calling FedEx 800 number looking for a package and never could get past the automated to actually talk to someone.

If you build a house in a newer development with similar looking homes...it could be a while. Make sure your house number is big and clear.

Reminds me of the Punjab operator from Transformers when the team is under heavy fire from Scorponok and Captain Lennox is trying to call in the airstrike from his buddy's cell phone.

Use social media. Especially X. Fedex screwed me on a package delivery. I tweeted it to them and they replied within the hour.

We still get mail for the people who lived here 7 years ago, does that count?
