I want to get one but I'm super nervous about this procedure. Is it painful, stressful, etc? Just something bothers me about burning my nut tube.

unless you have complications like I did(post above,) it's a pretty painless, minimally invasive procedure, and one that post-op instructions of the doc should be followed to the t, do it!

They only give you the local unless you ask for more. If nervous about it (I was), then ask to be sedated. Dude put in the IV and that's the last thing I remember. It was glorious.

No need to get snipped.
Always had a cell phone in my pocket and the radiation sterilized me.
And y’all wonder why the birth rate is dropping.

The insurance company realized you having kids would be a great cost to society. Cheaper to stop you from spreading your seed

If you don't have any complications (small chance)but they have to warn you. there are only 2 things that SUCK about getting snipped
1) The anxiety about wondering how painful it will be and what is literally happening to your body ( This is 100% taken care of for me. They give you a Vallum before you go in on the day of your procedure, you take it that morning and by the time it is ready to go you feel no care at all.
2) Following Dr's orders after the procedure. For those that do not know..You don't get to use the equipment for quite some time to ensure that the job is done right. Even after you are feeling fine for the most part...You have to have some self-control... That sucks way more than the actual procedure from my experience

Not really. The shot to deaden the area isn't comfortable, but not really painful. The recovery is pretty painless. I just lied on the couch for a couple of days with a bag of frozen peas on my junk watching TV. Had it done on a Friday, and was fine by Sunday afternoon, but still took it easy for a couple of days. You definitely want to wear boxer briefs for a few days afterwards.
The lady that prepped my junk was pretty attractive, and I was kinda nervous about popping a chub. I wanted to ask her if anyone ever did chub up, but thought it'd sound creepy.

Everything was going great until I made the mistake of looking over the belly to see a little wisp of smoke beyond the horizon. I had to grab the arms of the chair to keep the room from spinning.
Also, don't go in with a cold sack. The boys retreated and the doc had to get up in there to fish them out.
Twenty minutes of suck was a million time worth it!

Assuming you already have some kids Why make their life even more difficult by having more children with another woman?

After being married with wife on pill for five years, we decided to try to have a kid. Wife pregnant within the first month off the pill. Had a girl. Wife goes back on pill after baby #1 and is pregnant again. Another girl 17 months younger. Wife says no more ineffective pill and gets IUD. Has it for a few years and then gets toxic shock from it and almost dies. Spend 7 nights in the hospital. As a result, she is told she cannot have anymore kids. No problem, we are fine with two. Few years later, she misses and turns up pregnant. This one is a boy per ultrasound. Waited until she carried into 3rd trimester and got the snip. No issues besides smaller loads. Which is fine since I am not looking to throw ropes at the wife (anymore).
