Oh! A petition! I'm sure they'll get right on it. Probably give him a stern talking to and a scolding before they let him out.

Look, I get that people think they are doing something by pointless gestures like petitions, but the truth is the system in place doesn't care and does nothing to act as a real deterrent.

The cops know who this thug is. They haven't done anything yet and likely won't because what's the point? He'll get off scot free and be right back out doing more hoodrat things with his hoodrat friends the next day.


The POS is known. So, if someone really wants to do something about the matter, screw a petition. Get some friends and go introduce yourselves.

This should be a role of the government. If individuals are repeatedly a threat to others then they need to be put down since they're a threat to society as a whole.

Only people that don't agree are those that either:
A) are/related to those kind of useless individuals or
B) idiots in their gated communities that never deal with this kind of behavior but want to tell us that "rehabilitation works" and "everyone deserves a second chance"
