this is fricking stupid. the parish we live in now has a parish wide ban at schools with nuts so I understand this.

But for fricks sake let your kid do the normal thing, then sort his candy at the end of the night, are you really this lazy? 8/10 pieces of candy should be nutless.

My kids don't collect any Reeses cups, I'm gonna be pissed.

There were a few women in our neighborhood facebook group that pretty much posted the same thing. Sorry your kid has allergies but I really don't care.

Guess what mom, life isn't always fair and unfortunately your kid got the short end of the stick on this one. It's tough for the kid, but it's just something he/she is going to have to deal with. We all have our particular burdens. I can't stand assholes that think the overwhelming majority should change the way they go about things just to appease the small minority.

Think about the sheer audacity of putting that stupid fricking sign up. This prick is asking people who, are by the way giving complete strangers candy and other treats on their own nickle, to make sure their generous act comports with each special individual's needs and preferences.

I'm more than happy to BUY and give out candy to any kid (black/white, boy/girl) that comes to my door without discretion. But I'll be damned if I'm going to waste time and energy to make sure each individual is pleased with the FREE treats I'm GIVING them.
