Breeze and shade...

It was hot getting shite ready for the beach but once we got on the beach it was nice. Breeze had a little cool air in it.

If I can stay outside and hydrated, it's easier to handle than running inside and out of AC.

Aside from going to work and once-weekly yard work, I don’t do anything outside from late May to October.

If I had a pool, I might use it at night, but aside from when you’re actually in the water, who wants to sweat outside a pool in their backyard at night?

It's not cumulative. They should be like any other July/August.

Please.

There were periods in the early 1980s in North La when the temperature would be over 100. I remember this because I had to hoe cotton in that shite as a young teen and pre-teen.

I remember one year at the end of grade school temps got into the 100's. Didn't care, I was a kid playing outside. Water from a water hose was money.

Don't be a wuss.

Water, shade, light colored clothing. Best time of the year.

last year in S. La it was a pretty mild summer until late July. This year we won't be so lucky.

We’ve become soft and fat. We need a massive economic collapse to harden everyone

We have gone YEARS without hitting the 100 degree mark. It used to be 100+ at least 2-4 times a year with stretches of high 90's. Quit being a wuss.

I remember the summer of '86 being hot AF...

Side Note: Why do idiots wear black clothes out in the heat?
