Yep. I know that. Any good recommendations on a biometric print safe other than Vaultek?
Lockpicking Lawyer has basically shite all over all quick access gun safes.

I was back in MS for a funeral. That night, 3 dudes broke into the house while my wife was asleep. Thank God they didn’t go upstairs, just wanted to steal.
I hate to be the one to bring it up, but is there any chance your wife has a drug problem? For real. Maybe these are her dealers?

The one place I don’t have one is upstairs.
So you don’t have a bedroom upstairs?

Charlotte has become a shite hole too.

Great for anywhere you have a bookcase. And the last thing they will steal if you aren’t home is a dictionary.
Book Vault
There are also multiple gun magnets out there. Mount them under desks, under beds, cabinets, etc.

These? The two incidents were 17 years apart, 2 different areas of the city. She has scripts. Perp had been to multiple houses prior to ours…but like I said. He hit the Jackpot with keys in the car.

I have two, both guest bedrooms. I rarely go up there. If shite hits the fan, and I have a guest up there, I will hope they brought their own gun.

I vote instead for pictures of the wife instead. We do need to know what we are defending with our life here.

Sounds like this dude lives off Plank Rd
How much money would it take for you to live one year off of Fairfield’s Avenue or any of the Indian tribe streets off of Plank Rd?

Agree..dumb. But it wasn’t in view and not in a med bottle. Wouldn’t have been seen if car was locked.
Roger that. Just a tip to anyone, don't leave any med bottles in plain view. Empty or full. Idiots will smash a window for that alone.

My great aunts lived off Winbourne Avenue from the 60s until the late 90s. It was no picnic in the 90s either.
I used to go over there and visit all the time. I think they were the only white people in that neighborhood the last 10-15 years or so. They refused to move.

go to get a firearm, which unfortunately were all in the walk up attic. Took me a few seconds to find a pistol and loaded mag in the gear bag
Not good.

Who keeps guns in attic with limited access to them? Wow.

I’m sure all,the OT’ers are super buttoned up and have zero issues keeping their Gucci AR’s at an arms length at all times.
You seem upset. What is a Gucci AR? Are they making them too nowdays?
Nevermind, I wouldn’t be able to afford one anyway. I will just build my next one like usual; out of assorted parts, duct tape, and tobacco spit. Then I will go run a few hundred rounds through it to make sure it works and is accurate enough for it’s job.

There is your lesson bro. Consider it the cheapest lesson you’ve ever gotten and get your handguns downstairs and in accessible places already loaded.

Yeah yeah yeah. I know, I shouldn’t have opened the door and just have gotten my gun. I need to keep one downstairs, but I don’t right now.
Oh, and as for keys in the car…wife asked the kid to get something out of the car earlier and apparently she left keys in the car.
You seem like a savvy power couple.
And here I was thinking most crimes are crimes of opportunity.
