Is this true? Did people in the south really once eat this seemingly ghastly combination?

Can't serve peanut butter anymore. It's deadly.

My dad still eats this all the time, but adds banana to make it a peanut butter, mayo, and banana sandwich.

My little boy LOVES peanut butter sandwiches. First thing he asks for when he gets up and when he gets home.

One time I told him that some kids could die from peanut butter and what would happen if he was around someone who couldn’t deal with peanut butter.

He shrugged his shoulders and said “I guess they’d die?”

Had a peanut butter, banana, and honey sandwich with a cold glass whole milk last night before bed. It was excellent

My grandmother used to make this for me when I was young, and she would out on a little salt and pepper too. It was actually pretty good

It must have been lost from the beginning because I’ve never heard of that. Only PB and J and PB and honey
