2017 crime statistics will all be blamed on the former regime. Murphy & Sharon won’t be judged on anything that happens until 2018.

Misdemeanor Murders. If two scumbag drug dealers kill each other is that really an issue for society as a whole? I see it as a net positive. Now if they start shooting taxpayers let me know.
