On a random note, one of my favorite museums is at NAS Pensacola.
Gotta be a Col. George E. Day exhibit. Prominent, I would think.

Nicest casino probably Margaritaville as its the newest. Sadly downtown bar scene is dead, and the bossier east Bank district can be fun, but food is trash.

For resturants:
Ki Mexico
Franks pizza and seafood
The steakhouse in Ballys are all solid

Highly recommend checking out 7th tap...if you're here Sunday, they're having an event with a really top notch competition winning BBQ food truck...may check that out myself.

Die. Or leave.

But really, Big Country was fun for the wife and me. A concert if there's one. That's mostly it.

Appreciate the responses. Looks like Barksdale museum is off limits. Not really looking to travel just to sit in a bar room so please leave ‘this is a cool bar room’ off the list.

Lucky Palace in Bossier. Lim has one of, if not the, best wine cellars in Louisiana.

Wonderful Malaysian food set in a building with an unassuming exterior.

I contend it’s the highest quality food & drink in the ArkLaTex region.

The Aquarium is actually ok...... not great ... but we are talking Shreveport so temper your expectations and it's not an awful place to spend an hour or two.
Can't believe no one recommended the steak fajitas at Superior Grill (different from the steakhouse).
Those + a Margarita or two are well worth the wait to get in.
Outside of that if the Mudbugs aren't in town just hang at the casino.
Sorry.... that's all I've got.....
actually the Bassmaster Open final weigh-in will be at Red River South @3:00 on Saturday if you are there this weekend.

“Unassuming” is being VERY generous. I feel
Bad for Lim cause he has incredible food & is a real hidden gem cause it’s in a shatty motel
