You guys are totally missing what’s going on. Wind turbines can either be generators or motors. They’re going to turn them all in the same direction to slow down the earth so the lizard people can get more time sunning on their heat rocks and all us peasants will be stuck in the dark freezing. Wake up sheeple.

But I assume you will be perfectly happy with new offshore drilling rigs off the Texas coast, right?

Do a little research into the environmental impact of each for what is actually produced and get back to me.

I think I've read they can't recycle the blades and just throw them into a trash heap.

There’s a few recycling companies around now and as we start to see more repowers or retirements I imagine we’ll see more. If you look at wind deployment and service life we’re really just getting to the point of any significant need for it.

It was tried until the wealthy folks up there threw a fit about it ruining their view. Then is was killed.

Just wait until they go up in the Gulf of Mexico and then wash up on the coast after a hurricane.

And it has more to do with reducing local farmland than it does producing energy.

I’d be curious to know how much CO2 is produced in the production, installation, and maintenance of them.

You mean to tell me that the people advocating for and making money off these things were lying about them?! Shocked face.

That’s a bizarre metric and not one that really matters. Production index is what matters and most wind farms that I’ve seen are in the 98-102% range.

I could never imagine having massive towers off the coast to generate electricity or fuel used for electricity. Wait….

All the solar farms in West Baton Rouge are in fields that used to be sugar cane.

Wind is a sham with absolute shite returns and intermittent energy. Wake up and stop licking CNNs a-hole.

Hate it all you want but that’s incorrect. Wind asset production and returns are very close to expected.
