In a new documentary titled "Fittest on Earth: A Decade of Fitness," viewers will get an inside look at the male and females athletes who are trying to qualify, compete and ultimately win the CrossFit Games and title of the Fittest on Earth. For most everyday CrossFitters who go to their local box for daily workouts also have other things going on. But the lives of these elite athletes are very different from the average gym-goer, and the documentary gives insight into the different ways these competitors try to get an edge, such as recovery techniques, special eating habits, sleep tracking, sports psychology and more.

Yeah I was going to say. It's clear that "But the lives of these elite athletes are very different from the average gym-goer, and the documentary gives insight into the different ways these competitors try to get an edge, such as recovery techniques, special eating habits, sleep tracking, sports psychology and more," actually means literally steroids.

The only documentary on sports that matters at this point is Bigger Stronger Faster LINK

That documentary actually does cover just how extensive and widespread steroids are in sports nowadays. Any documentary that glosses over this issue is straight up lying.

New? I watched a portion of this like last year on Netflix.

It's fricking awful by the way. A bunch of juiced up freaks claiming to be "Physically Fit." Anyone who takes PEDs to be better at carrying sandbags up stadium seating is a moron and morons aren't very interesting

ETA: The chicks are gross btw. Too jacked for my blood

From what I've looked into, they do drug test. However it's not hard to time their gear usage to pass a drug test. They are only tested prior to the regionals and games. It's not like a pro athlete who could be issued a drug test in the middle of the offseason and has to show up with in a certain time period.
