Lack of parenting. Parents don't parents and those kids with crappy parents turn into crappy people who steal, shoot and freeload. Don't blame the kids. They have no clue.

As a product of the ebr school system it wasn’t that bad. Except the brawl during 9/11 when the assistant principal got hit with a trash can

I went to catholic high school in new orleans and saw one that almost happened and heard about a couple more in 5 years.

Schools also almost never punish the kids, it’s “done in house”.
