I’m still driving my 2003 F-150 FX4 SuperCrew. It’s got 315,000 miles on it.

I just recently had to get a bunch of seals replaced. Rear main seal, oil pan seal, etc. The problem I’m having most is with those damn coil packs. I’m getting tired of replacing them. But let’s be honest, who wants to spend money on a new truck these days? They are completely overpriced.

The sweet spot for GM trucks was 95-06 imo
wrong 89 to 94 were way better quality seats and interior. When they changed in 95 that’s when it started going downhill.

I bought a brand new 1998 regular cab 4x4. I want a 94’ regular with a 350 mint condition.

Dont junk it. someone might pay 2000+ for it like it sits that already has the transmission.

That's why I haven't yet. I'm considering buying a $1,000 used transmission off eBay just to get it rolling again.

Those 90's Z71's were beasts. Great trucks. Kinda like the 80's/90's Tacoma's.

Those 90s chevy trucks would easily run 300k with maintenance.

You could get an e250/e250 with a 2 value V8 or V10 with the 5 speed TorqShift automatic transmission. If they had ever made a F250/350 with that combo that would be the most desirable gas powered truck ford would have ever built.

They did make that actually back in 2005

Cash 4 Clunkers destroyed ~40,000–50,000 1990s Chevrolet/GMC and Ford pickups.
