It depends of what caused the scrotum to bleed? Shaving, dry skin, scratching to hard with girly fingernails? You have to twist it man not scratch. I’ve never heard of spontaneous scrotum bleeds.

I've known someone who had it from a scratch from their fingernail. I've had it from toweling dry disturbing a little pimple like nodule.

Nicked mine one time pretty good while shaving (I like mine baby smooth). I thought it would never stop bleeding

I had a red mole on my sack that bled when I rubbed too hard when drying off with a towel. It would not stop. I had to heat the tip of a knife and cauterize the spot. Yes, it hurt a lot more thinking about it than doing it. It worked! Pinching the scrote skin is a must to get it done.
