wonder if any old folks in the Villages hire prostitutes to go bang other guys’ wives at the old people swinger parties like that TD thread showed us last night.

Not sure, I've heard a lot of old dudes in the Villages leave their old wives for Filipina and Latina nurses though.

It's about the property taxes. Schools are expensive.

I guarantee you that this will be like other retirement communities that allow this. The one my parents live in allows families but it’s a separate area with its own amenities and aren’t able to use the retiree rec center and other things unless they are with someone with access.

The Villages have already had stuff set up like this for a long time. This is an ignorant OP/thread.

I think he’s ok. It’s like when 2 brothers call each other the N word.

Probably more a case of the daughter and/or grandkids coming to live with meemaw and peepaw, because the sweet daughter's worthless boyfriend knocked her up and went "They ain't mine".

The Villages city board is smart enough to figure out that the retirees will eventually die off

But when they do you just attract more… not change the reason people came to your community

The Villages has had a high school since 2000. The images you posted are of the new high school campus. They just built a bigger school to accommodate growth over the last quarter century. In fact, they have 6 schools now.

I am pretty sure the people who buy there are aware before they purchase that there are and have been schools there for 24 years. But cool outrage story!

I’ve always thought The Villages is a cautionary tale of what can happen to a person who doesn’t plan well for retirement.

Well they need a high school the serve the children of 50-70 year old men knocking bottom out of some young lass in their 30’s and getting them pregnant.

Dad retires to the Villages and the kid(s) need a place to go to school.

By the way the high school isn’t new, it was completed in 2003.

I'm pushing 75, love being around kids, from my patio I can hear kids playing ball with all the yelling and noise that goes with it. Music to my ears.

I'm on a lake, the kids know if they want to fish from my dock, they are always welcome.
